Nematodirus

The nematodirus forecast is produced in collaboration with the parasitology dept. Liverpool Vet School, based on detailed Met Office data from weather stations across the UK. Peak hatch is significantly affected by field altitude compared to the weather station and at higher cooler altitudes maybe delayed by 7 days for every 100m. Conversely earlier hatches occur in lower altitudes. South facing fields will also trigger an earlier hatch.
